Return Policy.
Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we Gratitude And Love Bottles have a 30 day return policy. Product must have all
original packaging, be in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition.
You may return new merchandise in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. This merchandise must be received within 30 days of customer receipt date. You are eligible for a full refund for any merchandise meeting these conditions.
All damage and shortage claims should be made within 3 business days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival you have the right to refuse the order. Contact Support immediately to initiate a claim of damaged or shortage product.
A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Please allow for return transit time to us, processing the return (3-5 business days) and the time it takes to process the refund request.
Product usually ships within 2 working days of order acceptance.
All products are shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service) by the method
selected during the checkout process.
